Shipping & Returns
If you are placing an order for MULTIPLE ITEMS, please contact me PRIOR to checkout to find out about discounted shipping rates. Whenever possible, I will package items together to help lower the cost of shipping.
All packages are sent via the US Postal Service with tracking information and delivery confirmation included (unless you prefer to pick-up your order in person, in which case see "In Person Pick-Ups" below).
Ready to ship orders are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment (closed on weekends & holidays). Custom orders are usually ready to be shipped in 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. Depending on the piece it may be longer, but I will always let you know if this is so.

You will receive a notification from Etsy when your order has been shipped.
The shipping rates currently shown on my listings are valid within the United States to any address with a US Postal Service Zip Code. However, worldwide shipping is available at a different rate.
Please contact me directly for international shipping rates & availability.
(Please Note: customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties associated with shipping to their region).
"SHIP TO" ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the address that you have listed on Etsy. Please ensure that this address is correct before placing your order.
After purchase, your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not already been shipped. Please notify me as soon as possible if there are any problems.
IN PERSON PICK-UPS
If you are a local customer who would like to arrange to pick-up your order in person, please contact me prior to placing your order.
Once we have agreed upon a time and place to meet, use the coupon code "LOCALPICKUP" ( without the quotes) when placing your order to remove the shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it immediately for a full refund of the purchase price. *Please Note: NO refunds or exchanges on Custom Orders, Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be received back undamaged, in their original condition, for a refund to be issued.
If an item is damaged or broken during shipping (a rare occurrence), a refund or replacement will be issued. *Please Note: You must notify me immediately after receiving your order by sending a photograph of the item in the original packaging.
NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE PRINTED ON THE PACKAGE LABEL.

If you have any problem whatsoever with your order, I ask that you please contact me personally so I can fix it immediately.
Each item is a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork. Subtle variations in the clay and glaze are part of the appeal of handmade pottery & should not be considered flaws unless the item is damaged or broken.
The item that you receive will be the exact item shown in the listing photograph for ready-to-ship pieces. However, the colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in color settings from one computer to another.
